Step 3—Register for Web Support
Be sure to register for Web Support as part of your Powerlink registration to access the full range of online support tools such as service request management, live chat for enterprise IT, EMC support forums community, and support by product pages.
Step 4—Connect with EMC Secure Remote Support
Ensure high availability with secure around-the-clock remote monitoring, diagnostics, and resolution. To verify your connectivity status or to get connected, contact EMC Customer Support Services.
Step 5—Register for EMC Education Services
Avoid issues that could affect your productivity by learning how to plan, design, and manage the key components of your information lifecycle—whether you're experienced at this or new to the industry.
